MISSION:

Providing statistical and market information to the manager and
headquarter for futher analysis.

MAIN DUTIES / FUNCTIONS (Business Support Roles) :

Business Support Roles:

* Prepare CPS daily Operating report
* Distribute the subs report or PULL, CRM, Online report which
report was taken from Zed network
* Prepare Weekly Ops Report
* Prepare monthly internal report for each operators with detail
of push , subscription base
* Make summary of category from each product
* Prepare MCR for Regional
* Prepare KPI for Finance
* Help B2B / B2C Manager to monitor services
* Prepare Project Statistical Reports and Project Presentations

QUALIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE:

* Must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience
* Excellent in data mining and analysis
* The person should be able to work with details and has the
capability to be focus with data or information provided.
* Good or Expert in using Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet for data
representation
* Good or Expert in using Microsoft Power Point to prepare Project
Presentation and Statistical Report
* Good in English for both oral and writing
* Having knowledge in Mobile Industry or Entertainment Industry is
an advantage
* Having the attitude to work hard and willing to learn new things
* Fresh graduates with Marketing or business management background

Reporting to Chief Financial Officer in Head Quarter in Hong Kong, you
will be responsible for leading the finance and control function of
its operations (with several companies) in Indonesia. You will also
work closely with the local finance and control team of individual
business units.

Responsible for the overall:

· Management of financial with the focus on financial
development and financial integration; Strategic planning of financial
management and operational support; and maintenance of all approved
business system.

· Review and maintain continuous improvements mainly those in
line with business' risk assessment issues. It also covers continuous
improvements of accounting principles and common practices.

· In charge as such a tax consultant for the company to
present reliable direction for any tax and custom related issues. It
includes acting significant tax audit assessments, strategic tax
planning and maintain good liaison with Indonesian Tax Officers

· Manage the legal entities in the country and work with the
system and authorities to drive simplicity in the structuring, review
principal legal agreements as well as ensuring compliance with
government reporting requirements.

Qualifications :

· Recognize Finance Accountancy qualification – Chartered
Accountant and Bachelor Degree in Finance, preferably coupled with a
Master Degree in Business Administration

· Should have at least 8 years total experience of which 3-4
years proven expertise at leading and managing finance teams

· Knowledge of other parts of finance advantageous i.e. Legal,
Tax, Corporate Reporting, Investor Relations, Treasury, Internal Audit
and Merger and Acquisitions and legal.

· Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin is advantage value.

· Possess first class communication and leadership skills and
an ability to influence and motivate.

· Demonstrates sound business knowledge.

As a key member of the Process Engineering team, you will provide
engineering expertise and guidance on process operations and
instrumentation controls and ensure assets are utilized and modified.
You are responsible for providing advice involving project,
non-routine, recurrent and systemic problems and issues. Ensuring
that the projects are carried out according to Company's or JV
Partner's project management processes and reporting guidelines is key
for this role. You will also be involved in the development of best
practice corporate guidelines, processes and procedures.

Ideally you possess a degree in Process/Chemical Engineering, with a
postgraduate qualification. A Chartered Engineer, you have extensive
experience of process engineering in an exploration and production
facilities/development engineering environment, with experience in
onshore and offshore oil & gas production and processing facilities
including commissioning and startup of control systems. Experience
with DCS, expert control system and HYSYS will be required. Having
worked in a LNG facility will be highly advantageous. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills are critical. Ability to be
mobile is a must. An expatriate package, which will be very attractive
and comprehensive will be provided to the successful candidates.
