The Real Estate Executive / Assistant Manager will
The role of RE Executive/Assistant Manager will be in the field of real estate and asset management. He/she will be accountable and responsible for handling the restaurant expansion plan, including selecting potential locations, negotiating with landlord/land owner, site acquisition, obtain business case approval, all in accordance with the Company's business plan.
He/she will also manage the company's Real Estate portfolio of existing asset (property), including managing all issues related with building/tenant management relation.
The Real Estate Executive / Assistant Manager will report to the Real Estate Manager.

The qualification are :
· A minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable universities with strong and solid experience in real estate and space management (min 5 years)
· Experience with site acquisition and asset management
· Have good negotiation skill
· Good interpersonal skill and have a good networking
· Fluent in English both speaking and writing
· Both individual and team player
